The Impact of Overactive Bladder Treatment on Sexual Dysfunction

In 2021, the Patty Brisben Foundation awarded a grant to study the impact of treatments for overactive bladder on sexual function. Overactive bladder can affect 10-20% of the population and its impact on sexuality is multifold. Little is currently known about the impact of treatment of OAB and sexual dysfunction. This study aims to gain a better understanding of third-line treatment for OAB so that clinicians can better advise their patients and provide realistic discussions concerning expectations following surgery.
