About the Patty Brisben Foundation for Women’s Sexual Health

As the Founder and Chairwoman of Pure Romance, Patty Brisben has engaged in thousands of public and private discussions about women’s most sensitive and intimate concerns, with a mission to empower, educate and entertain. In 2005, in response to the crucial need for education and research in women’s sexual health, she established the Patty Brisben Foundation for Women’s Sexual Health (PBF).  This nonprofit organization funds clinical research, education, and community outreach for women’s sexual health in six focus areas while normalizing sexual health as a part of general health and critical to quality of life for women worldwide. The PBF envisions a world where every person is empowered to advocate for the development and preservation of healthy sexuality.

About Pure Romance

Founder & Chairwoman Patty Brisben started Pure Romance from the basement of her suburban Ohio home in 1993. Using the latest sexual health education, the best in must-have beauty products, and the hottest bedroom accessories, Patty empowered, educated, and entertained the women at her parties—helping them fulfill their desires while offering them the chance to own their own business and achieve their dreams exactly the way she did.
